As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your pet is up to date with vaccinations, flea treatment, and worming as required.
  • Disclosing any known health conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements that may affect the safety of your pet or others.
  • Ensuring your pet is wearing an ID tag as required by law (The Control of Dogs Order 1992).
  • Providing emergency contact details and authorising us to seek veterinary treatment in an emergency if you cannot be reached.

7. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability and care, custody, and control of pets. In the event of an incident, we will act in the best interests of your pet and notify you as soon as practicable.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
  • Any pre-existing health conditions that manifest or worsen during our care.
  • Indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
